The module is designed to train the in house trainers. 5 S is a habit forming Mantra, which needs repeated re-enforcement from time to time. It is necessary for the organization to keep trained people to train the new recruits and also empower the existing practitioners.

The Training will be conducted by delivering talks, through Power point presentations. The actual happenings and experiences will be shared.
Some tests will be taken to assess the knowledge of 5 S before starting the program as it is extremely necessary. Post test will indicate their learning level.
