The module is designed train the in-house trainers to conduct internal audit of how effective is the 5S implementation in the organization. 5 S is a habit-forming Mantra, which needs repeated re-enforcement from time to time. Audit is one form of negative re- inforcement which has to be made positive.

MODE OF TRAINING

The Training will be conducted by delivering talks, through Power point presentations. The actual happenings and experiences will be shared. Some tests will be taken to assess the knowledge of 5 S and audit before starting the program as it is extremely necessary. Post test will indicate their learning level.
